NorthGate Strategic LLC supports the VeriCommand desktop app, plugin, package and website. Send the smallest reproducible description you can without including secrets, credentials, or private repository content.
Product and installation
Email support@northgatestrategic.com. Include your operating system, the VeriCommand version (Settings shows it), and the exact error text. For the Python package, also include your Python version and install command.
Public issue tracker
For a reproducible issue that contains no confidential information, use the VeriCommand plugin issue tracker. Do not post tokens, customer data, proprietary code, or private board contents.
Privacy and security
For a privacy request or responsible security report, email support@northgatestrategic.com. Our security.txt has the same contact. We will acknowledge the message and coordinate details privately.
