What a check sends
The selected decisions and the result being checked, plus which AI company your agent runs on so a different one checks it and whether it ran by hand or automatically, go to NorthGate and to a model provider from a different vendor. On Pro the app does that automatically only after you say yes once. A connected agent can also ask for a check through the MCP server when a credential is on the machine.

Is the desktop installer available now?
Yes. The current signed Windows build is available now, with the version, signature, size and hash published for the exact file on the download page. Before a build is published, its signed installer is run on a fresh Windows Sandbox machine with no Python installed, and the result for the current build is shown on the download page. In-app updating from one signed build to the next has been exercised on our own machine, not yet on a customer’s. It remains preview software.
Does Pro automatically send my projects to a model?
Only after you say yes. Pro includes 200 checks a month; it asks once, then up to 100 of them can run automatically on your results. Each check sends the selected decisions and the result being checked, plus which AI company your agent runs on so a different one checks it, and whether it ran by hand or automatically. Say no and the app runs checks only when you click. A connected agent can still ask for a check through the MCP server when a credential is on the machine (see Privacy).
What happens if I cancel?
Pro ends at the end of the paid period. Free keeps working, including your record and the guard.
Who handles payment?
Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment details. NorthGate receives billing events from Stripe and updates the Pro plan on your signed-in account. VeriCommand never receives full card details.
